work-outttt

started exercising today.. did some misc weights at home in d morning.. den went to run in d evening... and i so totally cant believe it..

my 2.4km timing is a friggin
12 min 38 seconds.

yea go ahead n laugh.... GRRRR.

tts like my sec 3 timing? wth laa.. i've got to slowly climb my way up again.. uber siann.

sighh.. what to do.. anyway i keeping a log book.. haha any great improvements or what-so-ever shall post here :) erm.. actually i hope to lose
3kg in 5 weeks...

isit possible?? i dunoo..
